We help with identity setup, teams, access rules, connecting integrations and training. This is the estimate for a standard deployment. Custom integrations and additional security work are scoped separately.
Start with a scoped pilot on your own systems. We agree on the team, integrations, success criteria, timeline and cost before starting. Then decide how to roll out further.
A person who can access your business systems through aOS. This means the people whose AI access you manage, not automatically every employee in your organisation.
Your pricing level is based on governed users. Standard integrations are included in the platform fee. Exceptionally high usage volumes are covered by agreed usage terms. You can add your own custom MCP integrations. Integration development by our team is quoted separately.
We choose a user band to fit your rollout. If you want to connect more people than your pricing level includes, we agree on an adjustment before expanding.
No. The platform fee covers managed access to your business systems. Subscriptions to AI tools and other business software remain separate.
We discuss user volume, support, SLA, retention, auditing, data residency and procurement requirements. Availability, scope and any additional cost are set out in the proposal. These are not standard guarantees of every level.
Yes. We agree on scope, duration and cost up front, so you can assess how aOS fits your organisation before a wider rollout.
